About us

Since 1991, the Office has been run by its founder, Paweł Górnicki. In 2019, Patent-Service Intellectual Property Protection Office merged with the esteemed law firm DR ANDRZEJ AU & CO., S.C. Led by patent attorney Marek Passowicz, our firm proudly upholds the legacy of Dr. Andrzej Au (1911-2002), a distinguished attorney who began his career in 1936. Dr Au trained under Dr Eng. Marian Kryzan, the very first President of the Polish Patent Office (1919-1920), forging a lineage of unparalleled expertise in Polish intellectual property law.
